Check It Out Walk | Learn Along with Us

Join me for a hands-on training walk designed to help your dog — and your family — build confidence together. Using the sights and sounds of the season (think Halloween decorations, new smells, and everyday surprises), we’ll turn real-world moments into opportunities for trust and teamwork.

During this 45-minute walk, we’ll practice the “Go Check It Out” cue — a simple, confidence-building way to help your dog approach novelty at their own pace. You’ll learn how to read your dog’s body language, recognize when to pause or encourage, and support them through curiosity instead of pressure.

Each session is positive, low-pressure, and tailored to your dog’s comfort level. Together, we’ll focus on:

• Building resilience through calm exploration

• Strengthening communication between you and your dog

• Learning how to turn “scary” moments into learning opportunities

You’ll leave feeling more connected and confident — with practical tools to keep growing that trust long after the walk ends.

Goal: A more resilient, curious, and connected dog — ready to take on the world (or at least the neighbor’s inflatable skeleton).
